Enchanted Waters Hotel and
Patino's Restaurant is a dream come true for Ken (KP) Patino, his
wife Marcia and their son Roger, a Canadian trained Executive Chef. Combining over forty years
of experience from their sojourn in Canada, where they contributed
to the enhancement and growth of the Caribbean community in Winnipeg
in a very multicultural, multi-ethnic setting. The Patinos will be
able to give to our Tobago visitors an experience both culinary and
